REGISTRATION
Early registration ends September 30th, 2026.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a REGULAR (FULL) registration (non-student registration) for the conference before November 17th, 2026.
- A non-student registration may cover up to 2 papers.
- Students must send a proof of their status on the registration form.
- There is a discount for Socios de la Red Temática en Tecnologías del Habla (RTTH). If you are not sure if you are up to date with your RTTH membership dues, please contact the Coordinator of the RTTH, Dr. Zoraida Callejas Carrión.
- All the papers in the conference will be accessible through the ISCA Online Archive. If you are author of a paper, you will receive information regarding the transfer of the copyright to the International Speech Communication Association (ISCA) as part of submission of the camera ready final version of your paper.
- Registration fees include a welcome cocktail reception, two lunches, and a formal gala dinner.

Payment Instructions / Instrucciones de Pago
Bank transfer must be used as the oficial payment method for registration at IberSPEECH 2026.
Any bank charges must be paid by the sender. This guarantees that we will receive your payment in full.
As part of the registration process you will be asked to transfer the corresponding amount as follows:

Conditions and cancellation policy
Registration fees are transferable.
Name changes must be informed by e-mail.
All refund requests must be received in writing by email or regular mail.
Cancellation on or before October 21, 2026: Full refund less a cancellation fee of 50 €
From October 22, 2026: No refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
All refunds and name changes requests must be received in writing by email to juanmanuel.montero@upm.es.
The subject must Start by “IberSPEECH 2026 CANCELLATION REQUEST”.
